Qualify for the NHC Saturday on Youbet.com

I am glad to report that Youbet.com will host its first qualifier for the DRF/NTRA National Handicapping Championship in three years this coming Saturday, Nov. 28. The online handicapping contest is open to all Youbet.com members who live in eligible wagering states. There is no entry fee; this is a live betting contest, which has some advantages.
For one, instead of paying a flat entry fee up front, you can start playing in our contest and see how you do for a few bets. If you don’t like the results, you can cut bait and save your bankroll for another day. Another is that you only have to handicap two cards, Aqueduct and Hollywood Park. From those two tracks, you must bet exactly 10 races total. Contest best are $10 Win/Place on a single horse or entry (no multi-horse bets allowed). If you go the distance and place all 10 wagers, you will have wagered exactly $200. Results are based on highest net winnings (total won minus amount bet). The top 3 will earn a seat at the Red Rock Las Vegas, to compete for a $1,000,000 purse in late January. The next three will earn seats at the Horse Player World Series at the Orleans, Feb. 18-20, a three-day tournament that routinely carries a purse over $500,000.
It is hard to find a more convenient or economical way to qualify for the NHC or HPWS.
